Muse Developments
Muse Developments was formed in July 2007 following Morgan Sindall Plc’s acquisition of AMEC’s property development business, AMEC Developments. Muse is one of the UK ’s leading names in property development and regeneration.
The company has a portfolio of around 30 projects, which it is delivering either in its own right or through English Cities Fund (a strategic partnership with English Partnerships and Legal & General). These projects have a total area in excess of 20 million square feet and an end value of over £3.7 billion. Muse has in the last year been selected for projects worth a further £1 billion, bringing the total portfolio to 25 million square feet of mixed use space.
Muse Developments is also an active shareholder in Isis Waterside Regeneration, a development vehicle created in partnership with British Waterways and Igloo Regeneration to unlock the potential of the nation’s waterways.
Projects that Muse have developed or are active within Greater Manchester include Cheadle Royal retail and business park, Ashton Moss leisure and industrial park, Smithfield, Barbirolli Square, Victoria Station, Sports City Eastland's.
